Wentworth Room

The Wentworth Room has been refurbished in elegant colors of rich blues enhanced by prints and old painted boards of exotic birds. With its French draw desk with golden tones, the off-white bed and tapestry window valances, you will find a very comfortable and elegant space. Named for Sir John Wentworth, born in Portsmouth and a classmates of John Adams at Harvard, he was the last colonial governor of New Hampshire.
